Key Features

1. This lathe is suitable for machining. It can be used for rough and finish machining of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, circular conical surfaces, and end faces.

2. The worktable's main spindle is supported by high-precision and adjustable radial clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearings for alignment. The axial direction adopts CC hydrostatic guideways, providing high running accuracy, a large bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.

3. The pedestal, worktable, lathe body, and crossbeam are made of tempered gray cast iron to ensure high strength, excellent wear resistance, and freedom from internal stress and deformation.

4. The vertical tool post comes in two options: a square ram and a manual pentagon turret. The side tool post is equipped with square turrets, and both tool posts use hydraulic balance.

5. The lathe's main spindle is driven by an AC motor and features a 16-step speed change mechanism to achieve a wide range of worktable speeds.

6. Depending on the user's requirements, the lathe can be equipped with a digital display, an electric grinding head, and automatic lubrication for the sliding parts and turning taper attachment.

7. The vertical column and crossbeam guideways undergo high-frequency quenching, resulting in a quenching hardness of HRC48-55.
